Humans, like all other animals, have instinct; an innate natural pattern of behavior. Our instinct lives within us and determines so much of how we act to take care of ourselves, and ultimately, how we feel and perform. Today, that instinct has shifted and one of three things has happened:

1) There are those trying to keep up with a fast-paced world and sacrifice their health for their job(s). They think it's either/or...and they have to put food on the table after all.
2) There are those who have well...given up. They think it's too late to be healthy or to be happy. They've let so much time pass how can things get better?
3) There are those who are genuinely trying to do it all. They are trying to be successful, be forward thinking, and be healthier. However, they are unsure if what they are doing is working/right for them?

The world of health and fitness is vast, and it can be daunting to know where to start or what to do next after you've been training for a while and have hit a plateau.
